All three handling examples are terrible, there is no other way to put it. Further more you being banned pretty much denies you instantly. I have seen you in-game and you really aren't that friendly of a player nor do you follow the rules. Anyhow I'll give examples of what is wrong with your application.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. i would give a warning to player Y for RDM

You need to question the reporting and reported player. Logs aren't proof of RDM as there are many possible reasons for killing someone. The way you're saying you would handle it would get a lot of people warned without a valid reason.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. i would give them both a warning for RDM and a verbal warning for NLR

Once again you need to talk to the players, also why would you warn both of them for RDM, the accusation is about NLR, had the case been that there wasn't NLR in the first place you could've just false warned two people.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: i would give him two warnings and tell him not to do it again if he does it again would ban him for a couple of days

First off why would you give him two warnings or a warning at all, you should ask the player if he knows what metagaming is and if not inform him about it and tell him not to do it again. If the player continues to metagame after receiving a verbal warning you may give him a real warning, if the player continues to breach the rules you can simple continue to warn him.

I think I've made my stance on your application very clear, you need to vastly improve how you act and follow the rules more.
