I told you on your last application that it was really lacking and made it look as if you didn't understand the rules and how to handle stuff at all. Yet you copy and paste it once again, please put more work into it and make sure it is correct. If you don't know how to fill it in correctly or you don't understand the questions you might want to wait before you apply for staff.
