How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

Bullying is something which should be taken seriously in my opinion. I have never really been a victim of it myself, but I can see some cases have serious outcomes. It will be my duty to prevent such cases.
I would firstly take the victim to a private channel and discuss the circumstances, then I would bring the accused person (apparent bully) and see if we can work out some sort of truce or agreement, so I would not be forced to take more severe actions. If the victim has evidence of the accused person breaking any of the Teamspeak Server rules, punishment for those actions will be given. Furthermore if the person is constantly harrasing another user, a short ban would be apppropriate to calm down the bully, and hopefully put an end to the argument they got in.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Teamspeak3 has a fair variety of administrative features, which I'll try my best to explain:

First off we have the Kick command which can be used in case if someone is being disruptive in a channel [Micspamming for example] or various cases such as impersonating staff and harrasing users, to name a few. This is moreso intented as a second chance given to someone if they're doing something wrong. This feature can also be used when people within meetings are being disruptive o generally off-topic.

Moving on to the Ban command. This, as in most other servers, will be used as a last resort in most cases. It can be used when someone keeps breaking server rules, after being told off numerous times. For example, user keeps joining after being kicked, still micspamming, or disrupting a meeting. In cases as such, a short ban is seen as a timeout and I consider is the most appropriate. Some more severe cases such as death threats, constant racism/discrimination and harrasing of users might lead to longer bans. This command can also be used to permanently ban people who are banned on the teamspeak or are community banned (Cough, Nameful, Cough) and are joining with an alternate account.

As a teamspeak moderator, you also have the possibilty of joining private channels [Spacers] and moving users. These features are fairly useful, and will be needed when you wish to adress an user or staff member for administrative purposes [Appeals, Abuse Reports] in a private manner, where you will not be interrupted by users.

There is also the ability to remove avatars/descriptions which should be used in case if someone has a description/avatar which violates the server rules

Furthermore, you can also edit channels. This can be useful if you wish to lock a channel, to prevent normal users to join, but this should only be used in the team channels, if players wish to have a competitive match and wish not to be disturbed. Other than that, you can move channels that have been accidentally moved.

Moving on to the last feature I will explain here, setting server groups. This command will be needed when giving out/removing badges (server groups) towards staff members which join on new identites or have been recently promoted/demoted or have recently resigned from a certain position, but before doing so, the person in cause must be identified properly, either by talking via the microphone or providing details/information only the staff member will know.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I consider I should be chosen because I'm trustworthy, and currently serve as staff on two servers (SSRP and TTT), with no demote requests/abuse reports on record to the date of writing. I am also fairly active on the teamspeak, and never refuse anyone if they need help with anything. Recently, I haven't joined that much due to some family problems which should remain undisclosed and the unfortunate event of me needing to fix my PC, but now I'm back and ready to roll! I know I've had a pretty bad attitude in the past, but I've tried my best on improving it, and hopefully, most of you have seen that. I would be more than glad to take the role in administrating the TS3 server. If I am chosen, I promise not to let you down.

Thanks for reading, and good luck to everyone else!
I'm ready for any constructive criticism/feedback!
