TS3 Related

How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
First I would get the person to a private room the one who is being bullied and I would listen to his story.I would get the person the one who is bullying I would ask him if he admits I would kick him.If he doesn't admits I would listen to his story as well.And I will ask to the person the one who is being bullied for proof.If I had enough proof I would kick the bullier.If the bullier comes back and keeps doing it I would ban him for a couple of hours.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Moving Users - This command will move a user to another channel, Example: You need to talk to him private.

Set Server Group - This command will set a users group.So other people can see if the user is staff on any of the ZARP servers.

Remove Avatars/Descriptions - This command can be used when someone is using a inappropriate or offensive avatar or description..

Mute - Mutes a user, Example: Mic Spamming

Edit Channel - This command will let me edit the channel.Like putting a password to channel. Example: Somone is streaming and doesn't want to be disturbed and wants a staff to put a password to his channel.

Kick - Kicks a user, Example: Bullying,Trolling

Ban - Bans a user, Example: User keeps rulebreaking or broken solid rules.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).

I Think that I should be chosen because I am very active on the Teamspeak server and would like to help moderate the server and keep it a nice friendly place. I am trusted with Admin on the Deathrun server and would love to help people on the Teamspeak server.And the point is I am a calm person wich is good. I can handle situations perfectly.I have been in rulebreaking situations in the Teamspeak I always called Teamspeak staff.I also never been banned on Teamspeak.I always respect to players.Been in this server for a really long time.And I always try to help people.
