I like you a person Charlie, but you're past actions have shown your unsuitability for positions of power. While that is in the past and I do think you've learned your lesson, there's no trust anymore. It's a little to early to be applying for mod, or admin (nice troll chute,) and I think before you do that you need to build up your reputation again.
