We have just taken a look into this issue for you, and found that you have another account on the ZARP site which does not have the ZARP VIP upgrade. (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/13489-aa1429) We have disabled this account so that you can enjoy the upgrades on your new one. All you need to do now is re-connect to the server and your upgrades will appear in-game.
