Ok so meta gaming isn't just using ooc to say you are getting raided as per the rules meta gaming is when you relay in Character information in a out of character channel and vice versa .

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Ok so in the logs it dont show districts incase you didn't know. So expand on that

Ok so this is something you should not do you need to explain to him and that he understands what meta gaming is and also then you should think about a verbal if you see he doesn't understand.

Also you need to use the correct game trackers.
