The way you said you would handle the RDM and NLR situations are bad. You're saying that you would in no way talk to the players in question and warn based on kill logs. The kill logs alone are not valid proof of NLR or RDM. You should always talk to the players and ask for stories and proof from both of them. The logs are mainly there as a backbone for the stories the players would tell or to identify who killed them in the first place. You should base your warns on possible confessions, screenshots, video or such. At times you may need to leave someone without them being warned as there is no valid proof to show that he broke NLR or RDM'ed.
On the bright side I really like your explanations of what RDM and NLR are. You also don't have any recent warnings and you only have a total of two warnings. You are also quite active.
In short all I feel you need to do is improve the way you say you would handle staff situations and possible rule breakers.
