this application looks a bit rushed, the way you explain metagaming can be improved alot
also your gametime isnt very high, less than 1 week, i recommend waiting another week or 2
nlr can be explained alot better in my opinnion same goes for rdm, it should be written in a way that if some1 who doesnt know the rules reads it knows what rule it is and what he should not do.

also you dont ask for proof as i can see in your "explain how you would handle the following situations" (the nlr bit) and if a person metagames you should first tell him not to do it again, if he does it again warn him, not straight up warn him for it
