Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel that in my time as a moderator I have learnt how to handle being a staff member on BHOP and I feel as if I know the commands well. I also feel like I am at a point where I can deal with the responsibilities of being an administrator so that I can hopefully help the server even more than I can now.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was a time when a player was chat spamming multiple times and I told him to stop but he didn't so I chat muted him. After 10 minutes or so I unmuted his chat and he started to do it again. I told him he was going to be chat muted and I chat muted him again. He then proceeded to mic spam and I had to gag him as well. I waited around 20 minutes before unmuted and ungagging him and luckily in that time he had learnt and decided to stop chat spamming and mic spamming.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Fro the amount of effort and detail you have put in your appeal and because it is your first ban I can see that you are sorry and regret your actions while playing on the server. Because of this your appeal has been Accepted. I will shorten your ban to 1 week so that you have one last chance to read the rules and to think about what you have done and when you return I will be keeping my eye on you to make sure that this situation doesn't happen again.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I think that I should be promoted to admin because I really enjoy playing on the BHOP server and I really enjoy helping out players while I am on the server and I feel like I would be able to help the server even more if I was an admin. I also feel like I have tried hard as a moderator to make the server nicer for the players and i feel that in my time as a moderator I have learnt the way the staff team works and how they deal with certain situations. I also fell that I am now mentally ready to have a bigger role on the server so that I can try and help out even more. To finish I think that I would be a good addition to the administrators of this server and I feel like I am ready to fit the responsibilities of being one too.
