How hard is it to ask in the chat? 90% of the time there are players that can assist by either directing you to the teamspeak or forums. Further more it isn't possible for every rule break to be caught and delt with nor will it ever be. Staff aren't soulless shells that simply sit and watch rule breakers all day long, we have lives and issues of our own to deal with too. Expecting us to be on 24/7 to deal with your needs and demands at any instant is simply unrealistic.
