What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when another player, which is dead, spectates the death team and then gives the information to the people alive for example which portal is safe and the one that kills you. It can also be the opposite team where the death spectates the runners and tell his teammates that the runner is way ahead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player is being disrespectful towards another player I would ask him politely to stop, but if he continues i'll gag/mute him and warn him for being disrespectful. In worst scenario I would call an admin to ban him.

Why I should be chosen:
I love the ZARP community, you're always greeted by the players and I think I should be chosen as a moderator because I have some experience. I resigned one and a half year ago as an admin on the deathrun and ssrp server, so I do know most of the commands. I am very helpful and quite active on the server. I can see that the deathrun server still has a very large amount of players on it and I don't notice any staff on the server very often when there is about 25 players on. I do admit I can be folly sometimes, but I always take my job serious, and those who knew me back then, knows that.
