Issue/Bug: Bob's Drug Smuggle

Brief description of the issue/bug: I've just finished doing Bob's Drug Smuggle for the first time and didn't get the 250k reward. I asked a few other people and they said the same thing happened to them, Bob doesn't pay out his rewards (cheap git). I'm not sure about Bobs other quests.
