Issue/Bug: The Hummer H1 (gang upgrade vehicle) visual.

Brief description of the issue/bug: The Hummer H1 (gang upgrade vehicle) will not load into the menu
unless you've opened your gang tab (I'm assuming this is because the gang data wasn't called for yet).
