What is Ghosting? and give an example: ghost is when another dead person tells the living person what to jump on or walk in for examble this is to portals and the dead player tells which one is safe to walk in and which one will kill you

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: i would tell him to stop first and then perhaps warn them if it's getting bad and maybe mute him too

Why I should be chosen: because i play on the server like 2-6 hours a day and i think i would be a great mod and i keep following the rules im not the person who like to disrespect anybody or exploit i just like being on the server. i like all players and staff. i would be happy if i become a mod. im friendly, respectful, very calm and i listen to every player. im a great player and i want to make sure that nobody disrespects, exploits or ghosting because i find it "not fun"
