What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when someone's dead and someone's alive.
When the dead person talks to the person who's alive information about a passage way
Or the code. They will get warned for GHOSTING. as they're telling them answers and which ways
to go.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
1)First I would ask them to calm down
2)If They ignore me the first time. I'd warn them.
3) if they carry on doing it. It'll soon be a Mute/Gag.
4) If They talk with the mic, (As they'll be muted in chat) Or. Talk in chat (As they'll be muted with mic)
I would Kick them. for carrying on the disrespect.
5) If they join back and carry on spamming/disrespecting. They would end with a ban (1-3 hours)

Why I should be chosen:
Well, I think I should be chosen because. I love helping people out on games. And playing the games myself with my friends. I think I should also be chosen because I'm Nice, Generous and even helpful (As I mentioned already) But most of me wants to help get this server even more popular with even more people, (By asking my friends if they ever want to join it) I would also mention that I have had experience as a staff on Dark Roleplaying servers, Also Deathrun servers, I used to be a Admin on the Darkroleplaying servers. And a Moderator on the Deathrun server. As I know the qualities for being a moderator and administrator I feel that I will be good for the ZARP servers. I hope this made you think a while for my rank.
As long as I know I didn't get accepted or I did. I'm just glad I can still play on the servers.
