"Jag inte talar svenska!" - It's incorrect, the correct phrase would be "Jag talar inte svenska" or even better "Jag pratar inte svenska"

Here are your punishments:

This shows that you have a recent warning, 6 days ago from Monseur and it will still be active at the time of the meeting, although it's only just a recent warning - and I feel as though you know the rules.

You could do with improving this statement, I have shown improvements within the quote:

4 steps. 1. Try to calm them down.

I've seen you alot on the server and you seem to be a ~~funny and friendly guy,~~ but you do seem quite immature, if you're going to be staff you need to learn to be both immature and mature; i.e. Don't be a joker if the situation is serious.

You just got a warning for being disrespectful and I've heard from other staff you're being racist, so this changes my verdict.
