When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
It will be appropriate when someone breaks massively or solid rules.Like hacking.If the person is hacking I would perm ban him.If the person has used a racist/offensive word I would verbally warn him and tell him about the rule.If the person does it again after I telling him about the rule I would ban him.If its about massively rulebreaking I would let other staff members warn the person or I would warn the person I would stop warning the person after 2 warnings and keep spectating the person If I see that the person keeps rulebreaking I would just go ahead and ban the person.
Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? There were so many people rulebreaking like using offensive words and disrespecting, basicly they were shitting to other players Deathrun experience. I have tried to handle them but they kept rulebreaking.I've muted them,warned them,gagged but they kept doing it.And I realised that I can call a higher rank and tell him about the situation and make them banned by this admin that I called.And I have called Nico Robin and he banned them.Thats a bad story but the only bad situation I have been in. My promotion could help me with the banning power. I can handle them myself.So they can get their lessons and they wouldn't do it again.
Why I should be promoted ? I should be promoted because I have a good activity.And good personality.I have been helping to people about the rules and common sense.I want to be a higher rank of the staff team of Deathrun so I could help alot more.And some members of the staff team feels that I should be promoted because I am doing my job verry well.And one more thing,I haven't seen it when I came to Deathrun. Staff team always punish people without even telling them about the rule that the person broken.They just punish them and let them go. But I always tell them about the rule and what they shouldn't do or they should.Thats all I can say.I hope I'll get promoted.The rest is yours.
