My activity is bad at the moment because I am rather new to the community but I have been on every waking moment for the past three days as I have no life and I only need a few hours sleep. The good thing is my online hours will only keep increasing massively due to having no life so that is no problem there.

For the last point you made, I have no idea what you mean as I said that you don't take admin requests and to ignore the request for help, going onto say that administrators should not interfere with roleplay like the raiding of the bank unless a rule has been broken and in the example given, no rules have been broken.
