If you're stuck, you make an F1 and be patient. Trust me, everyone takes the "I'm stuck" ones.
If your car is stuck, respawn it.
It is up to the admin in cause to decide whether a material is visible or not. Doombringer saw that the material is hard to see, and in that case had the right to punish you at his discretion.
