i would ban someone when he is not listening to all the warns and other punishments that were used against him/her. because banning would be the last punishment to him/her.

i have had some situations in game that i saw people like trying to mass disrespect and harrasing.
This was going well 'till:and i became mod to help the Zarp community to grow and be better. i have made since i became mod many friends in the servers. People like me and enjoy playing with me. I am friendly and i don't abuse powers.
handle more situations to get a better chance of being accepted next time.
