Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I have learn't alot from being mod such as handling people im very active on the zarp servers and also if i saw a guy mass rdm / spam props i could ban just incase a admin is not on..
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
One day there was a mass rdmer and rule breaker on the server so i called for an admin to ban him i gave him proof and he got banned for 5 - 4 weeks (cant remeber) also i normally get admins if i see a person breaking alot of rules cause they more likely need a ban.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

its now time to train you!
Lets start with the warn command.
If you type in /warn (steamid) (reason) they will get a warning you can only warn people for when there breaking rules!
Secondly the tp command!
/tp is used to teleport a player to the spot ur looking at type in this command to do it /tp (players name)
Goto command
If you type /goto (players name) you will goto to them but make sure u dont use it if ur rping unless doing f1s
Bring command
If you type in /bring (players name) they will appear where you're looking at you can also use it for teleporting dead players to you!
Also when you use /bring you cant actually teleport them back at all so be care full of that!
Freeze command
If you type in /freeze (players name) they will be frozen and not be able to do anything you only do this if there leaving a sit or mass rdming / rule breaking.
Admin Keypad Checker!
You use this to check how long a fading door keypad is set to and also you use it for checking if the keypad is linked to the fading door!
F1 Menu
This is where you do your f1s and check who has been warned today and the logs are here aswell so you can check who got killed by who and the times that they got killed. There also is 3 tabs when for all the recent warnings of when you have been on this is where you can unwarn people without having to do /unwarn if you have warned them today there is also the logs this is where you check who the player got killed by or the times of the player dying people switching jobs and if they drop money!
F6 Menu
This is where you check peoples recent warnings or bans!
Also you have a command called slay you can only use this when a citizen has a big gun and is refusing to drop it. All you have to do it type /slay (name) Explode,Rocket,Silent,Normal or you can go into the tab menu and press on there name then click the slay button and click which one you want to use
Another command which you have to know is /kick (name) you only use this if there is a mass rdmer or a prop spammer dont use it for rdm etc.
You can also use steam ids to bring people if you cant teleport them them or goto them. Its also better to use steam ids instead of name because if you do use a name you may teleport the whole server.
Thats all you need for your mod training

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First of all i would look at the reasons the player has been banned for an the story behind the ban then i would speak to the admin who banned you and ask why he did it then i would come to an agreement with the admin then say this to the player
"Hello player x i have spoken to the admin that banned you and we think that you deserve a second chance you should be unbanned now when you log on could you please read threw the rules carefully and make sure you dont break them again"

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think i should be promoted because i always see mass rule breakers and i cant do anything about it i always have to bug the admins for help i do alot of f1s i know it may be early for me applying but i will try and get better at being mod i have worked really hard since being mod and always try and help with rule breakers if there is an f1 i normally do them the only time i dont do f1s is when im busy with school work i try my hardest to be a good mod and help explain the rules to new people who break them all the time but when im admin i can catch abuse/rule breaks easier since i can noclip and grab them with my phys gun which i cant do know sadly
