When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I Would use the ban command on a situation if the player has threaten the server about DDoSing or braking the rules constantly or hacking,Cheating.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator.
I had to work around in some cases when one guy was threating abot DDoS so i instatly warned and kicked him... he kept coming back and being disrespectful and braking the rules (trap spamming.exploiting etc.) And that was at the week when i got my mod, so i didnt have many admins/headadmins as my friends and rest of them were offline... luckily he couldnt DDoS.

How could your promotion help this?]
1. I've seen some players Speed hacking but i warned Him/Her/Them and Kicked Them after couple of warns. And as an admin i could ban them for Speed Hacking.

2. Ive seen some players EXP farming and exploiting(not saying names)... And they didnt care of how many times i warned.slayed and kicked they camed back and did it again (usually winning the rounds and getting EXP/Points.
an example: on rooftops they did it many times before i got there... i didnt have any proofs so i couldnt warn them at the start.
but then some player who saw him/her doing it sent me screen schots abot him Exploiting.

Why I should be promoted
I should be promoted becouse ive been mod for quite a while and i've met lots of new players and i've had lots of new friends and i've made some really fun times with staff/regular players.
i think i am a respectul,helping,fun guy.Many players/staff are being asking that when do i apply for admin? and they said that i am one of the best mods in ZARP.
