Sorry to hear about this. I have been on for the past couple of hours and have been answering F1's. You are correct about the lack of F1's being dealt with. I think this should be looked into. F1's can also sometimes be a long process depending on what the problem is. Hopefully your F1's in the future will be dealt with ASAP.
