I have come to the conclusion, that you don't care about this ban request due to your disgusting attitude towards the community and you leaving the community, which I believe most of that hatred was aimed at me, which I do not appreciate.

Thats ridiculous, regardless of how you "feel" he is acting. Its still your job to enforce the TOU and telling someone to kill themselves regardless if he may have ment it as a joke, is most certainly not allowed.

That being said I think you all need to take a break for a bit and cool off. There is absolutely no need for this kind of behavior and if you guys can not handle yourselves respectfully on the forums then you need to take it elsewhere.
