When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

It can be used for mass racism, and sexism. = Temp Ban

Scripting/Hacking or using LUA hacks = Perm Ban

Avoiding Punishment = Temp Ban

Disrespect or Sexual harrasment = Temp Ban

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

There have been situation's where a guy is Mic spamming or just spamming chat. i Muted him or gagged him, he rejoins i mute and gag him, and that keep's on happening for the past 30min before he stops, i did warn him also.
if would of been a admin in that situation i would of Temp ban him, for avoding punishment.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)

I wanted to apply for admin becuse i could help the sever more than i'm helping atm. i am a friendly person, not that active atm becuse i'm ill. but i promise to be more active, and helpfull i'm friends with every staff member on the server, i invite my friend's over we play. i've gotten 40Hr's +/- for me being ill that quite good. I like the ZARP community becuse it has a B-Hop server, TTT server, and much more. 80% of ppl on the server's are nice, i can play 4-5 hours a day on school day's. but when i'm ill 2-3hr's.

Well anyway this is the end of my application
I hope you understand that i'm ill and i can't get that more hour's. i can promise when i'm not ill anymore i'l get my hour's up by a ton.
