It seems like it was a genuine mistake, but if this happens again with him there will be serious consequences. Your warning will be removed and expect and apology from the staff member. Apparently Sylars cousin had gotten onto his account, and played, causing this. This is no excuse at all for his behavior, as it was his steam account playing on our servers.
