Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
That day when I was given the Moderator, I made it my duty to help people. Which I am accomplishing at and amazing rate. While being Moderator, my skills and talents have improved; also my friendships between other staff members. I know I understand all the rules and the commands which will be shown below, also I gained the ability to teach and talk to others while being a Moderator. For example I feel like I capable to take on the Admin rank and provide the up most help as I can. The true reason I am applying for this Administration rank, is so that I may help fellow Moderators with bans etc and help users; and maybe teach a new Mod the reins.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
The most hardest obstacle I have struggled with is as a Moderator, is when I notice a Mass Rulebreaker which is normally early in the morning or late at night; when the availability of Admin's are very slim. I then freeze the player to stop most damage which has been done, but he/she re-logs and unfreezes them self I repeat but that carries on. I also knew I could warn and get that certain player banned for 120 minutes, but this would be questioned from higher ups so I avoided doing this. I feel like me being promoted to Admin would be very beneficial, and by this I mean me dedicating myself to the mornings and evenings so that, I may prevent rule breakers then.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello and Welcome to Zarp Gaming staff team, a huge welcome and congratulations from me and fellow staff members. We are a staff team here so we do advise you add others on Steam, maybe for moral support or just being friends (Staff List); as I said we are a staff team so please avoid any form of conflict between other staff members. Within your Moderator rank you are giving privileges and you have been trusted with these commands, the only reason for you to use your commands is to help a player with an F1 etc. Being trusted means, your account is your responsibility; if accidentally one of your siblings goes on your PC and happens to abuse you will be held responsible. To keep you out of trouble you should always abide by these Staff Rules also the normal server rules.

Your moderator rank has been equipped with commands and these are:

/goto - This command is used for you, and you only. When executing this command with either a SteamID/Name at the side of it just like this "/goto Chute", you will be teleported to that certain player. This command will only be used when going to a player when handling an F1.
/tp - This command can be used within two ways, you can TP yourself or another player. When executing this command either with a SteamID/Name at the side of it just like this "/tp Exrobite", it will teleport that player to where you cursor is pointing at so be careful where you aim it. You may also bind this command to a key on your keyboard, so that it may be quicker to TP a roof. To bind this you do in console "bind key say /tp", doing this without a name targets yourself. This command should only be used during F1's or catching up to rule breakers nothing else.
/bring - This command should never be used under any circumstances, the reasoning behind this is; the /back command uses the same function as /bring unfortunately breaking it.
/back - This command can be used in two ways, you may return yourself or the player to their last position after being TPed; but you can also use this command and back yourself or the player to spawn. When executing this command either with a SteamID/Name at the side just like this "/back Jokerman" (Explained a couple of sentences above). Seeing this command has two ways here is the last one, when excuting this command either with a SteamID/Name at the side of it just like this "/backspawn ThatsKarma" (Also explained above). This command should be only used after you've finished punishing a player and you TPed him, or after an F1.
/freeze - This command is used on rule breaker. When executing this command with either with a SteamID/Name at the side of it just like this "/freze Charlie", it will freeze that player making him/her unable to move or shoot, rendering them immobilized. This command should only be used during an F1 when the rule breaker is trying to run away, or if you catch a player break rules and he runs away.
/slay - This command is used on rule breakers also. This command has options so when entering it in chat it will "Rocket, Silent, Explode and Normal" you may choose between these. When executing this command a SteamID/Name at the side of it just like this "/slay DEADMONSTOR rocket", it will kill the player with whatever action you choose also this makes them loose weapon etc. Which have been equipped. This command should be only used in cases of FailRP when the player has a certain guns as a job they should not have.

(All the above commands can be executed in the Tab menu)

If a certain player has been false demoted, I.E "RDM". You may use the tab menu and locate their name and Unban them from that certain job, but you can not set their job seeing you don't have a high enough rank

Key Tips and Meanings

NDA - None Disclosure Agreement - Things that are said within Meeting must stay within that meeting. You may not release anything but your own opinion out of the meeting, meaning don't tell users that they are getting Mod etc. This will be explained just before the meeting starts.
How to deal with an F1 without proof?
Avoid using players name and stick to using SteamID's just incase you freeze the wrong people and get yourself into trouble. To get a players SteamID click tab locate their name and then right click on their SteamID which will copy to your clipboard making it easier to paste.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player x, I have been reading through your ban appeal and consolidating your ban. Also talking to fellow staff members also getting their decision on the shortening of your ban appeal, these points where brought up while we were talking. Your unban appeal is immaculate, and by this I mean the outstanding effort towards your apology; but you prop spammed which is a serious offence. I came to a joint decision to shorten your ban to 1 week, seeing that everyone deserves a second chance. We came up with some rules that you have to abide by, if you are seen breaking any rules which are meant to hurt players or the server, your permanent ban will be made active once again, with no chance of appeal. You've been warned. Accepted and Locked

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I deserve a promotion because, over the period of me being a Moderator I have dedicated myself to helping players and acted as professional as I could. I have completed my F1's to a standard that my rank would let me and made many people happy. My dedication and professionalism shows that I am ready enough to take on the rank of Administrator and no dought, I will perform and enjoy making even more people happier. I feel like I have developed the ability to deal with the general F1's and with possible training be able to help Moderator with bans etc. Over the past 3 - 4 days my activity has been low and so was my F1 count this is due to busy handling school and family problems, which have been sorted so I am able over the next couple of days, rank up my activity and F1's. As said above I am free most mornings and nights (Not on school days) to prevent rulebreakers and I am fully willing to help them Users out who's F1's aren't being dealt with. I will ensure you that my activity will improve, also my time as Moderator has proven that you can trust me with the Administrator rank, not worrying that I will abuse etc. This is why I deserve Admin ^-^
