The fact that you broke NDA and didn't know what you did wrong when abusing just shows that you do not pay attention nor take the time to learn the rules. The way I've seen you act in the meetings in general isn't good at all. I recommend that you really take your time to work on your attitude before you try to apply for a promotion. If you don't already, look at how other staff members work and ask for help when needed as I know that most staff members will be happy to help you in any way possible. Also make sure you don't rush F1s in an attempt to get your count up, take your time and make sure the user feels he or she has been helped to as much as possible. I wont be supporting this but feel free to ask me or any other admin for help.
