some of your definitions are wrong eg. the meta gaming definition

Well Meta Gaming Can Mean A Few Things. Back In My Arma 3 Days It Ment, Your Spreading Info To Another Player, Or You On A Media Sorce Example:Skype.

meta gaming is using In Character related information should merely be relayed (when appropriate and coincident with the other rules) through the In Character channels. This also applies vice-versa, as out of character information should not be used in character.

this usually relates to using ooc to relay ingame information ( eg. if some one asks where a certain player is in ooc) and it is not meta gaming if you use Skype or team speak.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:You Would Not Be Able To Help Since Its A S.W.A.T/Police Raid. But Im There If Anything Goes Wrong And They Want To Talk To Me ARFTER The Situation.

that is not the correct way you should handle that situation a better thing to do would be to /goto the player and explain that was meta gaming and is not allowed then possibly give them verbal warning.

i also would recommend making the questions bold to make it easier for the eye to read.
