just because he raids you doesn't mean he doesn't do f1's and in my opinion you sound butthurt that he rekts you in raids and can still do his mod dutys even tho he is not mod on duty (witch is allowed) so you are entitled to your opinion but from what I understand other people saying is he does do f1's (omg omg omg he does? Yes he does that is the time you can rebuild and buy printers then he comes back and rekts you again)
