Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Ever since i became moderator i have loved helping people in there problems within the server, I have learned lots about being a moderator and how it will help me as my time as admin. The main thing i have learned as a moderator is patience. Its key for being a member of staff.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
A situation I came across as a moderator was when I was dealing with a MASS RDM report and he had about 7 kills in the same minute, near enough all the same time. All the administrators were AFK also, I was the only moderator online. As because of this happening he was able to avoid punishment by leaving then joining 5 minutes later and rdmed even more. So I think it would be much more beneficial for me to be an Admin so these problems do not disrupt the Dark RP environment and so I can handle things much quicker instead of bothering the other administrators to do things for me (which is probably very annoying).
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I will shorten the ban to 7 days then reply to the post saying "Ban has been shortened to 7 days here is a link to the Rules. Read all the rules and when your ban is over you may come back on the server."

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
As i have been Moderator I have learned to handle F1's more quickly and more efficiently as I have done them. But as Moderator I have limited commands/powers and this makes my job more harder and more time consuming and does not only waste my time but wastes the players RP time as well. A recent example was i got a F1 saying that this base had 5 fadeing doors and was also FDA also when i asked him to let me in just to check it out just to see if it was ok he said F off to me. This also proves that players do not take Moderators as serious as they would do with a admin. If i had to be given an admin status I would definitely not abuse my powers as i have not done so with my Moderator status. I have had admin status before on another server and I am not power hungry but very eager to get F1's and situations dealt with faster and more time efficient and also know what all the powers and commands do and what level of punishment they are to be used at. If I ever got this Admin status I would be able to handle F1's more smoother and more quicker as I do actually spend most of my game time helping others and this is why I should be given the Admin status, also I am mature and I am always active (mostly).

/Kick - Using this command will allow you to kick people for abusing the rules for example: Massive RDM or Spamming props,
use this command only in case of issues for that and dont abuse of that by kicking that person for metagaming
E.G: You have seen a guy mass RDMing you should type /kick Name and the reason.
/Freeze - Using this command will allow you to freeze people for Proppushing and make him stop to not let him make more problems and after you freeze tp to him or run to him and warn him for the problem he has made.
E.G: You have seen a guy proppushing
/Slay - Used mostly for people that break the rule of big gun as citizen/hobo, Can also be used for NLR
E.G: Bob is caught with a big gun, he is a hobo. I will speak to him about the rule he has broken and /slay him afterwards.
/Teleport - Use this command to Teleport you to a roof to handle an F1 or an issue happening at that moment to talk about that problem or issue ( dont abuse of it to run faster or to reach an place faster).
E.G: You have seen an F1 to handle so you tp to that player(or the way you have in your app) and ask him whats going on then tp to a roof to handle the F1 in peace with no ppl micspamming/ interrupting the F1.
/Goto - Use this command to reach a player asking for help or having a big issue(probably you have it in F1 settings by rightclicking on that and "Goto" that will allow you to teleport to the following name.
E.G: You have seen an F1 you will use Goto to reach that player to talk to him about his F1.
/Bring - Use this command to bring a player to you in case he/she are stuck or teleporting a rule breaker to you in a F1 (don't abuse that to stop a guy from raiding your base).
E.G: You have seen a guy stuck type /Bring name to unstuck that player from the wall.
/Back - Use this command to teleport a player back when you have finished their F1, that will allow you to teleport the player to his last postion.
E.G: You finished an F1 and you want to teleport back the player/players type /Back name, and the player will be teleported to his last position.
Unban from job - This command you can find by clicking tab and on his name, it will allow you to unban the player from his job he has been banned/demoted from.
E.G: Someone demoted a guy for rulebreaking you will see he cant do that and you tp to the player who has been demoted and unban him from his job then talk to the player who voted for demotion on him and tell him he cant demote.

If you equip this and left click on the first ( of 3 ) Test fading doors you can see it comes up with a text screen, If the timer says anything under 4.00 it is not aloud and is breaking the base rules. If you come across this /tp the player or /bring the player and tell them to remove it.
