Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel that in my time as a moderator I have learnt how to deal with several different situations and I feel as if I now know the commands very well. I also feel that I am at a point where I can deal with the responsibilities of being an admin so that I can hopefully help the server even more.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I was once in an f1 where a guy had broken multiple rules like RDM and NLR and the person who created the report had proof but the rule breaker was shouting and arguing because he didn't want to be warned and didn't think he had broken the rules even though I had explained them to him. He then proceeded to say that he would report me on the forums for abusing when all I did was warn him when I had valid proof of a rule break.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
From the effort and detail you have put in your appeal and because this is your first ban I can see that you are sorry and regret your actions while playing on the server. Because of this your appeal has been Accepted. I will shorten your ban to 1 week so you have one last chance to read the rules and think about what you did and when you return I will be keeping my eye on you to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I feel like I should be chosen for a promotion because I always do f1s and I really enjoy helping the server and I would like to try and help the server even more if I was an admin. I feel like I have worked really hard as a moderator and I feel that in my time as a moderator I have learnt a lot about the server staff team and how things get dealt with. I also feel that I am now mentally ready to have a bigger role in the staff team and I feel as if I have matured and improved my skills as a staff member while I have been a moderator. I am also a regular player who is active for several hours each day. To finish I think that I would be a good addition to the great team of administrators as I feel like I would fit the responsibilities of being one well.
