Explain Random Death Match and give an example scenario :

Scenario : RDM is when a player kills another player with no RP reason [Vaild Reason]<-- That is correct.

Example : Player 1 dosn't like player 2. So player 1 decides to kill player 2. <-- Valid example.

Explain New Life Rule and give an example scenario.

Scenario : NLR is when i player gets killed in a district and he comes back to that same district within 3 minutes he is currently NLRing.<-- Expand on this one. It's incomplete. Players can break NLR whilst being in different districts.

Example : Player 1 dies in the main district and he quickly goes back to the same district he died in. [a district startes normally at the tunnels leading to a specific area].<-- example is good, remember NLR isn't only about areas.

Explain Metagaming and give an example scenario.

Scenario : Metagaming is when RP Related tings are typed in OCC [Out Of Character]<-- Vague definition. Players can talk about things such as printers and items without necessarly metagaming. I suggest a reformulation on this one.

Example : (OCC) Player 1 : Help me my base is being raided by someone across the street from the PD.example is however valid.

Explain how you would handle the following situation.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the co nsole log shows that player y killed player x
: I would TP [Telaport] the victim and the witness up to a rooftop. I would ask the victim " why did you kill this innocent man" and there are 3 types of word he would say 1. "Becuase He Was Raiding Me" i would ask the witness did he raid you an if he says yes i would i would TP them both back to there recent positions and leave it at that. 2. "Becuase i didnt like him" and at that moment i would tell him that is RDM and i would leave him with a warn and telaport them both back to there recent positions.
3. "Becuase he swore at me!" then i would tell him "that dosn't mean you can kill him just tell a admin and they will sort it out ok" and i would leave the victim with a verbal warning and TP them both back to there positions.<-- This should also be reformulated. You are talking about the victim, which is the RDMed player, and the attacker, which is the RDMer. Also, you shouldn't limit yourself to only 3 predictable scenarios as there are a billion different people and a billion different scenarios. I suggest you reconsider this one.

Explain how you would handle the following situation?
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time

At first i would ask the victim would tp the witness and then the victim and ask them both what happended. I would tell him "When this person killed you did you go back to the same place?" and if he says yes i would warn the victim and tp them both back to there recent positions. 2. i would ask him again "When this person killed you did you go back to the same place?" and if he says "No i just waited till my NLR timer broke 3 minuites at spawn" i would tell the witness
he didnt break NLR and TP them both back to there recent position.<-- Wait, you'd decide simply on the accused player's words? That's just plain bad. You did not ask for any evidence. Once again, reconsider this one.

Explain how you would handle the following situation.
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
: As this was Metagaming ,i would TP the victim to a rooftop and tell him what he has done. Also as it was a mistake i would verbal warn him to not do it again.<-- Player might be in an important RP situation. You shouldn't TP him. Chat channels are more than enough.



Verdict


I am unsure about your recent warnings/activity, and the gametrackers don't work, but this might be because of my phone.

I suggest you familiarize yourself with the rules a bit more, and reconsider the way you'd sort out stuff.
For now I will stay neutral.
