When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
If someone is doing multiple kickable offences in the span of 5 minutes. For example, someone is mic/chat spamming, trap spamming/stealing, disrespect so I kick them. Then after they join back and start redoing this. This would be an appropriate time to use the command. Also if someone was making a DDOS threat to the servers.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
Someone was being disrespectful so I had to gag and warn them. They carried on so I kicked. They then joined back onto the server and carried on. I just gagged them and warned again. But thankfully they stopped. Ban would have helped here if they carried on.

Why I should be promoted:
I feel like I should be promoted because I have good knowledge of the commands and the rules. I feel as if I have helped various people on the servers (teampseak and deathrun) with their questions and worries. I am very friendly and have connected with the staff and members of the server. I also want to help as many people as possible. I also feel as if I could do a good job at being admin and looking after the server.
