Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I learned much from being a Moderator two times + being an admin for four months, i learned from that time how to see: Who is lying and who is not. It was a very hard way but i nailed it.
In that time I mainly palyed with other staff members and made very good friends.
I learned the most by basing with admins and spectating them doing F1s
All in one I can say I learned from admins and mods mainly, i've learned which punishment should be taken in a situation and how to be a fair staff member.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I can give an example for that: 1 time I handeld a F1, I Teleported the reporter to me and he said that he got RDMed by WaLK5r.
As it normal I teleported the rulebreaker to me and tried to handel with him.
He said that he never killed this guy, but the logs said clearly that he killed him.
I tried to explain him that and he said “I don’t listen to that Kiddy”
Also I verbal warned him.
And about 5 minutes he kept saying: “I’m 5 and he’s 4, also I’m stronger!”
I tried to continue handeling with him but he kept saying that.
Also I didn’t saw any escape and said: “You have 30 seconds to answer me, when not I’m going to kick you from the server.
Directly he stopped “ignoring” me and I handled with him normal again.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello WaLK4r,
First of all, congratulations to your new rank "Moderator".
You have a bunch of new powers and commands, I'll list them up for you:

/Teleport [NAME]: That command teleport the target player to your current courser position. You can use /tp aswell

/back [NAME] spawn/last: That command teleport the player to his last position or to the spawn.

/goto [NAME]: This command teleport you to the target player.

/Freeze [NAME]: For infinite freeze.

/Freeze [NAME] [AMOUNT_OF_SECONDS]

/kick [NAME] [REASON]: That command kick the player from the server.

/slay [NAME] normal, silent, explosive, rocket: That command kill the target player.

/warn [NAME/STEAM-ID] [REASON]: This command warn a player for rule breaking.
(You can copy his Steam-ID when you click on his name in the Tab-Menu and click on his Steam-ID.)

@ [TEXT]: You write there in the Admin-Chat (only for staff-member)

You have now the F1-Menu you can open it with F1, there you can see three different parts, in the first part you can see the current F1s, the oldest at first and the newest at last. If you right click a F1 the first time there will be 3 different options: Handel it, discard and copy. If you clicked "Handel it" than you can choose different option I’ll list them up: goto, bring and mark as done.
I already explained this commands and with “mark as done” you mark the F1 as done and handeld.
The second part is the warns, there you can see all warns about a player, you can search for warns in the F6-menu too, there you can unwarn a player and see the whole information about the warn (admin, player, date and reason). But you shouldn't unwarn anyone without aksed the staff member before.
The third part are the logs, there you can see the kills (aswell the hit-kills too), arrests, demotions and hits.
When you click on search you can search for the name that you need and you see all logs about that player, from the time you joined the server.
Now you have to follow three important rules: Respect ALL players, even rule breakers
Don’t abuse your powers and your respect.
Listen to higher ranked staff.
When you follow this rules your on the right path to be a great moderator.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player x, i see you apologize your rulebreaking.
I can see that it’s your first ban and you didn’t crashed the server.
In case of that, I’ll reduse the bantime to 1 week.
Everyone can have a second chance, but you must read the rules clearly.
When we see you again propspamming we’ll ban you permanently and you won’t get unbanned again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I should be promoted because I’m a very friendly person and I’m active as much as possible.
I do very much F1’s and deal much with rule breakers and try to get them to the right path.
I don’t give a rulebreaker just a warn, I correct him too and take the time to explain the rules to him.
I worked realy hard in the last time and I feel in every F1, I should have more powers to deal easier with them.
I've got much experience since i was moderator two times and admin for four months. So i know every type of a rulebreaker.
One day on server 2 there were only 2 moderators on the server and there were 4 MassRDMing people, no one got the power to ban them, also I've warned them 3 times. When they've reconnected, I froze them and teleported them to me. I said you will be frozen for 10 minutes now! They apologized very fast and I kept the 10 minutes “jail” and they searched as much as possible for rule breakers to report them. They helped me to find and turning off the rule breakers and the server returned to peace.
I worked realy hard to find and report every rulebreaker and i made a lot F1s in the last week (with proof). As i already told i got much experience from being an admin.
