Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) Basicly, Someone scammed him and he got mad, He then tried to harras the player who scammed him and then rpged his base as a citizen.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) RPG as Citizen, Raiding a RP House, LSTAP (Left server to avoid Punishment), Lying to Moderator.
Story - (What happened?) Basicly, Someone scammed him and he got mad, He then tried to harras the player who scammed him and then rpged his base as a citizen. When I tried to teleport to him he had left so I couldn't get his steam id. I also forgot to open up console to get his id before I had left which was quite bad.
