His application is straight to the point and focused on the most important thing. "Why should I be chosen."

His application is way, way easier to read than yours aswell. It only has 2 colours, bolds and underlines the questions and that's it. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yes, he should put his game trackers. But don't say it has no effort because he doesn't have 2 links in it.
