Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

The ban command is the most powerful command in an Admin's ULX Menu - therefore it needs to be used adequately and appropriately. You should only use the ban command when someone is refusing to stop rulebreaking, or breaking a major rule, scenarios will be stated below:

Mass RDM

This offense is bannable because the user has broken a key rule ( RDM ) more than once, 3 or above RDM's in my opinion, is declared Mass RDM. A user would be banned for a week for 3 RDMs, and an extra 3 days per person they killed if precision can be used, otherwise 2 weeks is usually enough.

Mass Trolling, Disrespect, Racism and other offensive language offenses.

These offenses are bannable because the users have repeatedly offended another user or staff member; therefore being bannable due to disrupting the game, hurting other's feelings and breaking the fun atmosphere on the server by a long margin. Users would usually be banned for 2 weeks upwards depending on what kind of language they used, what context it was surrounded by and how much they said.

Hacking or Scripting.

Hacking and Scripting is by no means tolerable by any stretch of the imagination. Uses of these cheats ruins everybody's game, disrupts the server and wastes everybody's time due to the usual complications that Hackers and Scripters produce ( i.e: not being able to kill them or hit them ). Usually, it would be an instant permanent ban for them.

Threats ( Hack, DDoS or Death Threats )

Serious threatening is not allowed by any standards here on Zarp, we take Hack/DDoS/ threats seriously, because it's a criminal offense to do so. Death threats are also taken seriously, because people can take them very seriously as well as personal hack threats, to prevent people fearing their own life and security, any people who threaten to Hack, DDoS or kill someone will be issued a permanent ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi <banned player's name>, my name's Stratiic, and I'm a TTT Admin here at Zarp - also the Admin who banned you. Another staff member has spoke to me about this and we've come to the conclusion that we have decided to unban you ( if they have been banned for several months ), or lower your ban to 3 months ( if they've only been banned for days/weeks ).

Remember, we don't tolerate Cheating on our server, you're lucky we've given you this one chance, have fun and play fairly, or you will be banned permanently next time!

Why I should be ~~promoted~~ accepted again (we recommend around 100 words).

Well, it's been 3 months since I was TTT Staff, and 8 months nearly since I applied for Admin on TTT. During this time, I had so much passion for the gamemode, and it will always be my favourite because it's the one which brought me here and to where I am now. I met some amazing personalities on TTT back in the day, although only a few are still here.

I'm applying for my Admin position again because not only do I want to relive the golden age, I want to help out still, many of the new staff members who recently applied have really revived the gamemode, for me especially, and I want to do everything I can to keep TTT alive and prosperous.

Of course, I have to mention I can be trusted due to being an Ex-Admin not only here on TTT but on SSRP, and I currently hold the Deathrun Admin rank, Bhop Mod rank and Global Mod on the forums.
