Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
When someone RDM's and leaves before sitting through there punishment.

Would you check logs if it said ;Disconnect by user or ;Timed out?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
My resonse would be, to bad you cheated. I will not support anyone who cheats and that you should have thought about it before cheating.

Is that really how you would answer an appeal? No verdict`?

Oh well that is all I can say in the matter. If I get accepted then great, if I don't oh well I can try again at some other point. Just please get Blocked to leave me alone.

Are you sure you want to be a admin and its not blocked pushing you to it?
