Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
When someone RDM's and leaves before sitting through there punishment.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
My resonse would be, to bad you cheated. I will not support anyone who cheats and that you should have thought about it before cheating.

Why I should be promoted?
To be honest, I have no idea on how to answer this one. I like what I do as a Moderator yet people such as Blocked keep pushing me to do this, so I am. I guess I can answer with that I work hard and enforce the rules whenever I can. I don't like rulebreakers and I hate cheaters. I really have nothing else to say on this matter since I hate talking about myself.

Oh well that is all I can say in the matter. If I get accepted then great, if I don't oh well I can try again at some other point. Just please get Blocked to leave me alone.
