What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is giving alive players info that could change the end result of a game whilst dead. Example: *SPECS DEATH* *Death presses red button* Idiot: OMG HE PRESSED THE RED BUTTON!GO THROUGH THE RIGHT DOOR QUICK!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) If it's just as a joke i wouldn't mind,the players wouldn't mind aswell. If it's serious ill gag/mute them and warn them for insulting the other player(s).If he continues i will kick him with a warn.People usually stop after the kick.Because they know what's next .

(This part should be atleast 75 words))) I am a cool guy.I like to have fun.I like to joke around with people(not in a bad way).I've been staff in a lot of servers in lots of games and people have said im a really good staff.You can't make me mad.I follow the rules and i make others follow the rules.I give new players chances since they are new to the rules,which is a good thing.Some staff just slay and warn people even if they are new.That is all i can say about me.Just a good guy and a good staff(hopefully a staff in ZARP).
