Let me say my side of this matter, Some people may agree with me some not but you all have rights to your opinions.

The server had crashed while a Nuke clear Launch was going off, It had 14:00 minutes left when the server crashed, I refreshed my Gary's Mod Listings. (Esc & Press Refresh listings). After I saw the server was up again, I joined it to do my duties as staff to ensure the server was clean as much as I could make it. I became a Master Thief as soon as I spawned in as that's the class I mostly go depending how many players are on and how many staff are on at that current moment in time. So any ways, I became a master thief and looked down the tunnel and I saw players standing about so I went over to see what was happing and I saw the nuke Lying on the floor, For a moment I did laugh as I've made that mistake before on server #2. So, I asked who ever was near by me, Who's Nuke clear Launch was this so I placed a metal prop to get it up to the air so I could put it in my car for the person who's nuke it actually was as I was trying to help them. So, I asked where would you like me to put it for you, As I was wanting to help the guy who's nuke it was as I know how frustrating it is to lose a nuke as you can't pick it back up. So, I Prop pushed it up so I could help him out, Nobody got affected by any of my actions and I can say I do believe that I justified (Thought it through), as nobody was affected and I was trying to help a player out who had lost a Nuke due to the /restore all thing. As you can see on that video, 3 or 4 staff members where around me and nobody said a thing so I thought it was alright due to nobody was affected/angry at me, Basicly all I was trying to do is help Hell Force when he spawned it in due to it happing to myself before.
