Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
During my time being a Moderator for Zarp, I have encountered a lot of f1 situations which some I could deal with my self or I have needed some help from higher staff I.E Administrator. I believe I could do more situations where I could help more people who are having a problem if I do become a Administrator for Zarp. I could handle situations more professionally than I can as a Moderator, I could handle situations like dealing with Random Deathmatchers when no Admins are on when at night or early hours in the morning. I could deal with players who need a higher staff member to them to sort out there problem during there time at Zarp.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
One normal day, I am up late as usual I am on the server just walking around and no other staff are on as it was late and a school day. They were two friends who joined who intended to cause other people harm while playing Zarp, Everyone was having fun just raiding people and just doing anything normal people playing Zarp will do. I intended to go to a gun store to buy some guns as I was low, They walk in and try and cause as much mischief as they could do. They killed myself as soon as I tried to buy guns, When I teleported to them to ask why he had killed me he turns out and says I don't like Zarp. I tried to make him understand that he can't just random kill people as soon as he please as it's against the server rules. Later on that day he just kills 5+ people while he was a Police, just basicly trolling around just annoying people which lead to some people not having fun on Zarp. I teleported him to a roof and grabbed his steam id so once a Administrator came on he could be dealt with. I believed if I was a Administrator I could've dealt with him there and then so other people could enjoy Zarp.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello!, You have got accepted and now you have joined one of the best Staff Team on Gary's Mod, Everyone is so friendly to make you feel right at home. I wish you good luck during your time as staff and I hope you have fun and keep the server safe as much as you can.

F1 - Opens up staff menu where you can go to players who has requested a member of staff. Once you see one, Right click on your mouse and you will see Request made by <Name here>, Handle this (To handle the call so you can go to him), Discard as spam/abuse (When someone has made a lot of f1's over a short period of time you can do that to get rid of them. Click Handle This and then you will see a new list of commands like Who requested the f1, Goto, Bring, Mark this as finished (When you have finished a call you do that and that gets rid of it for you),Abort this f1 (Use this if a Admin is already with him or he is in another situation with another member of staff.

If you are in-game and you have to deal with a situation, You could press the f6 menu to open up a menu which shows ever players Warnings who are connected to the server right now, You can see anyone's last warnings and you can see if they have been warned before about the same situation witch still means he doesn't understand what he is ding is wrong.

A few commands you will need to understand and how to use them in the right way.

/goto <name>/SteamID - This will make you teleport to the player who requested a member of staff/You need to go to them.
/back <Name/SteamID> - Are you done with a f1/a person, Then use /back <name> to teleport them back to where they were.
/freeze <Name/SteamID> - Do you need to speak to someone but they keep running away or keep killing you?, Then use this command. Use is wisely as it could turn on you so use this if you really have to.
/slay <Name/SteamID> explode/rocket/silent - Do you need to slay someone as they have broke a rule, or they are not listening to you when you say to them to drop the gun as they can't have that gun as they are in the wrong job to own a bigger gun, then use this command.
/kick <Name/SteamID> (reason) - This command is the worst command you have, Only use this if you really need to. If a player is mass RDMING (Mass Random Deathmatching) While no staff are on then use the command then. Never use it if you don't really need to.
/warn <Name/SteamID> - Has someone broke a rule and you need to warn them, Then use this command and it will show up on the f6 menu.
/unwarn <Name/SteamID> - Have you warned someone by accident, Then use this command to take it away.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player X!, I have seen you on Zarp playing around, I was the member of staff who banned you. I saw you Prop Spamming which is against the rules as it could crash the Zarp Server. Since this was your first ban and also you have appealed in great condition, Your ban will be lowered to 1 week as it's a serious rule. I hope you have fun playing Zarp and I wish you the best of luck.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe during my time as a Moderator, I hopefully have been professional enough and handled enough f1's witch made players happy and I have dealt with the situation as much as I could possibly do during my rank being a Moderator, I believe I have showed enough dedication which hopefully proves that I am ready for this position and I hope you guys see it too. I think I have had enough experience dealing with most situations which will work in my favour dealing with situations if I do get accepted as a Admin for Zarp. I am always up late as I always go to school late and it's my last year of school witch allows me to stay up later than normal to ensure the servers are clean and no rule breakers are getting away with any rule they have broken. I believe if I get accepted for Zarp, I could help more players during these times when no other staff are on and it's just me trying to make sure the server is clean and players are having fun role playing on Zarp. I have shown my dedication and I do believe that I am experienced enough and trustworthy enough to achieve this rank of a Admin for Zarp.
