Replying to every single post on your app will not increase the chances of you getting accepted at all..
The +Supports and -Supports are there to give you a general idea of your chances not to be used in the final decision...
Another thing that won't help your chances is adding random staff you've never spoken to in-game to tell them to reply to your app then constantly asking if they replied. The vote will be friday the +/- Supports make no difference.
As for the actual app it is poorly written a lot of the examples need expanding and not repeating the same point over and over in the hopes of making it look like there's more detail.
Make the questions bold to make it easier to read.
Clean up the links. I've never seen you in-game so I can't judge your behaviour on the server itself.
Disrespect example is bad. Moderators don't have ban.
