New Life Rule or NLR (Short Term) is when a player dies and re spawns and gains a new life (with NLR timer)
Example PlayerA Kills PlayerB in a raid which means PlayerB can not return to the location until the timer says "NLR IS NOW OVER" <--- It also means you can't speak about anything before you death IC

Metagaming is when a player leeks info/or returns to a building he was at when he was playing as a different Role
Example: PlayerA Returns to a building he was in with PlayerB PlayerA Is Now cop and knows PlayerB Has Drug Labs and Printers and Decides to Raid PlayerB (which means he is metagaming for knowing the location and whereabouts of the printers and drugs) <---- Yes this can mean this but it also means if you leak IC information in OOC
