Suggestion Title: New ssrp staff list on the forums

How would it benefit the server: I've spent hours working and editing our current staff list into a new one, to match the ones we have on other servers. I feel that this new template will guide players on the servers more easily to the staff rank they need for the help they require! We currently have a helper NPC that shows this staff list, but the one I propose will show play which ranks do what, etc.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None
