It does seem rushed but I've seen a lot worse, and also Being British is great we learn other languages I am also British n learnt a few in my years.

I haven't been here long, but have been threw a few Mod apps in my time and have seen much worse than this. Reading threw things that you wrote; you do seem eager to improve any of your mistakes which is really good within an applying user. Your app does seem a tad bit rushed in some parts you have explained rule break sin great detail, but no examples/scenarios which can lead people into thinking that you don't either fully understand the situation nor have you put effort into the app. But from the looks of it you're looking for any advice you can take, which is good but to a certain extent we can give you partial criteria of what a Mod app should look like; but we can't just re-write the thing for you. Any way good luck but sadly my verdict is -Neutral+ (if I do see an improvement I will rethink my decision)
