Here there is not enough evidence he just said:
"I have a grudge against Visto" and
"i want to be the one to ban Visto" and if he is the guy who wants to ban u you cant demote him for that they r people who i don't like and you don't see them putting up a demote request for me,and that is not a bannable/demoteable offense ( if that is even a word ) x)
