Ok sure:

You post on a thread, and the most recent reply to it is over 1 month old. That would be Necroposting, and you would be banned for it as it's unnecessary to post on threads that old.

The original poster can bump the thread though, and he wouldn't be necroposting as it's his own thread.

I never knew that, could that be used as a example for forms or global nod app the next time they are open
